HUTTONS provides specialist construction cleaning across Sussex and the South East, supporting contractors, developers and site teams throughout the final stages of a build.
From builder’s cleans and re-cleans to sparkle cleans and final handover, we prepare newly built spaces for inspection, presentation and occupation.
Built on Experience
Founded by Samantha Hutton, HUTTONS is built on more than 24 years of hands-on cleaning experience.
Samantha started her first cleaning business at the age of 18, working across residential and commercial properties before moving into construction cleaning during the Covid pandemic.
What began with cleaning and sanitising welfare facilities on a live construction site developed into a genuine understanding of the complete construction cleaning process from active build stages and external de-taping to final preparation and handover.
Today, that experience shapes how every HUTTONS project is approached: with care, organisation and an understanding of what is happening beyond the clean itself.
Expertise, Not Just Labour
Construction cleaning requires more than turning up with cleaning products.
Newly completed buildings contain different materials, specialist finishes and surfaces that can easily be damaged by the wrong product, tool or technique. Paint, plaster, grout haze, adhesives and protective films must be removed without compromising the finish beneath them.
We understand that the standard of cleaning can affect snagging, follow-on trades and the final presentation of the entire project.
That is why our equipment, products and methods are selected according to the surface, the stage of the build and the finish required.
